We’re PER’s consultants and we each work on a variety of roles with some specialisations. For example, Charlie knows cleantech and venture well. Oliver focuses on the Middle East while David takes a particular interest in Germany and Scandinavia. Debbie and Victoria look at other European countries as well as fund of funds and secondaries, and Victoria specialises in Analyst and Associate roles.



We’re the Application Support Team and are the first people you come across. We manage your applications and organise discussions between you and the consultants. We’re your first port of call if you have any queries.



We’re the Consultant Support Team and make the arrangements between you and our clients, taking feedback from your interviews and managing the progress of your applications.



We’re the marketing team and work on everything from finding new and exciting roles to getting to know you at the earliest possible stage in your career. We also manage our website as well as a challenging programme of marketing events.
