Our web based application system is a fast, efficient and confidential way of indicating your interest in a particular role.

  • Our consultants will review your details against the job specification.
  • We will be quite strict on criteria in accordance with our clients' needs.
  • If you meet the criteria we will give you further information about the job and our consultants will interview you to determine your suitability.
  • If you do not meet the criteria we will let you know by email and give you an indication of why your background was not appropriate.
  • If you agree to be put forward to our client, we will forward your CV. In order to do this we need it in MS Word format. We will remove your contact details and add ours to ensure that our client does not inadvertently contact you. We will retain all other content and presentation detail.
  • If our client selects you for interview then we will contact you and coordinate the interview process.
  • If you are not selected for interview then we will let you know by email and include any feedback that our client may have given.
  • We will ask you to call after each client meeting with feedback.
  • We will pass on our client's view and guide you through the process
  • Our experienced consultants can help you present your skills and experience, get ready for interview and handle case studies.
