Fund investing focuses on making long term commitments to private equity funds. This could be done through a fund of funds structure or may be investments into funds for a family office, pension fund, insurance company or other financial institution.
Fund investors are looking for a good blend of quantitative and qualitative skills for these roles.
Junior level recruits are sought from a wide variety of backgrounds.
Senior level recruits generally have fund investing experience, direct investment experience or have been dealing with private equity funds as clients in strategic consulting or investment banking.
